Welcome to Country - Performed by a Dharawal Traditional Owner

Smoking Ceremony - Reserved for spiritually significant events as determined by our senior knowledge holders. Requests will be reviewed and confirmed based on cultural appropriateness

Dance Performance - Typically lasting 9–15 minutes, depending on the event. A team of Dharawal dancers perform several dances and songs, with introductions and explanations of their cultural significance throughout

General Weaving (45-60min) - Learn two key weaving techniques and explore the various plants used in traditional weaving

Basket Weaving (2hrs) - Learn to weave your own basket, guided through the technique, using traditional materials

Native Plants (45-60min) - A display of various of native plants, learning about each of their unique uses

Cultural Tour of La Perouse (60mins): A tour of La Perouse by a local community member talking about its history

Cultural Tour of Jibbon (1-2hrs) - Learn about the cultural significant of Jibbon through a Dharawal perspective. Travel time to and from Bundeena is not included in the time

Dharawal Language Workshop (45min) - A presentation on the Dharawal language revitalisation history and a language workshop. Language educators facilitate this workshop and engage participants through games and songs

Shell Art Workshop (45-60min) - Traditionally and in this area, shells are used for tools, fishhooks, and decoration. The artists who facilitate this workshop hail from a lineage of esteemed shell artists from La Perouse

Dance Workshop (45-60min) - A workshop with Dharawal dancers learning about traditional storytelling through song and dance

Aboriginal People of Coastal Sydney Presentation (45-60min) - History of Aboriginal people with an ancestral and cultural connection to Coastal Sydney, as well an overview of our kinship structures and layers of identity

Connecting with Country Presentation (45-60min) Overview of best practice when dealing with projects in Coastal Sydney which have a Connecting with Country component
